Application Requirements

• Any version of Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows 2003, Windows Vista and Windows 7 editions are supported
• 256MB of RAM or more
• 166mhz CPU or faster
• Minimum screen resolution of 800x600
• Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater. You can download this from the Microsoft IE Home Page or request a current CD of the application from our office.

Optional Requirements

• Network Interface Card for multi-user access
• Imaging for Windows components for picture scanning and retrieval. This is a Windows component that can be installed with Windows  2000. Starting with Windows XP, this is no longer included with Windows but can be purchased separately from the Global 360.

Note that as of December 26, 2007, Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME and Windows NT are not supported by Crossroads Software Solutions.

Crossroads Software Solutions continues to support Windows 2000 for the near future, however, because of the continuing support and improved reliability of subsequent releases of Windows, we strongly urge you to consider upgrading at your earliest convenience.
